It's this personal approach, mixed with a dash of fun and a whole lot of heart, that has not only defined our past but also lights the way for our future.

The Role:

  • Provide clear, concise information about our services and policies.
  • Address patient questions and concerns, both in person and via email and over the phone.
  • Assist with patient paperwork and payments, ensuring clarity and ease.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Manage and coordinate specialist referrals.

Here's a bit more about what you'll be doing:

  • Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Send out timely follow-ups and reminders to ensure a full schedule.

Treatment Plan Coordination:

Bridge the gap between dental jargon and patient understanding, presenting treatment plans with clarity.

In more detail, you'll be:

  • Collaborating with dental practitioners to understand treatment plans.
  • Clearly conveying treatment estimates, costs, and insurance details to patients.
  • Assisting patients with understanding their financial responsibilities and exploring financing options.

And here's what that involves:

  • Accurately entering demographic and insurance information.
  • Performing daily insurance eligibility checks.
  • Handling payments, reimbursements, and insurance referrals and authorizations.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's or associate degree preferred.

  • A friendly, social personality, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team.

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurances and a 401(k) plan.
  • A supportive environment that encourages professional and personal growth.
